Shen Milsom & Wilke (SM&W) worked closely with Elastic to produce a robust Global Audiovisual standard, for their estate of 26 offices worldwide. Elastic Amsterdam represents one of the initial applications of those standards, and their extension into bespoke complex spaces. This project included 3 rooms within 1 floor.
The training room gives Elastic the flexibility to host the room in two layouts, facilitating small and large meetings in several orientations. Ceiling array microphones and Crestron control programming give the users the flexibility to enable an array of training applications. The system required careful design and coordination to ensure optimal device placement, with several challenges from the buildings age and service needs.
The medium meeting spaces provide a collaborative environment, with generous 65” touch displays and a Logitech Zoom room controls. SM&W designed Elastic’s meeting room standards with simplicity and serviceability at their heart, to ensure minimal set up time for users, and a space that fosters collaboration with the rest of Elastic’s global presence.
