Shen Milsom & Wilke (SM&W) provided audiovisual and information technology consulting services for two relocations and/or renovations in major cities for Macquarie Group.
SM&W worked closely with Macquarie Group to understand their standards and adjusted the design as necessary to meet the challenges provided by building constraints as well as comply with the project requirements for the variety of spaces included in the projects.
Information Technology scope focused on the room layout and coordination, pathways connecting to information technology spaces, Wi-Fi layout and supporting infrastructure, and data outlet coordination as well as specification of a structured cabling plant.
Audiovisual systems followed the corporate standard developed in Sydney while adjusting for locally available equipment and building codes. We worked with multiple architects to design the two projects while maintaining the user experience between sites and across the globe.
