Shen Milsom & Wilke has worked on several projects with Dolby Laboratories, a pioneering audiovisual technology company based in San Francisco, CA. More recently, we developed new acoustical design criteria and standards for their headquarters. We provided comprehensive acoustical and electroacoustical design for the 20-story headquarters renovation project.
The project included more than 100 laboratory, studio, production and screening facilities as well as film mix stages, music recording studios, executive demonstration theaters and, eventually, a 280-seat cinema as the centerpiece of the facility. These spaces help Dolby to develop and showcase their next generation of audiovisual technology.
