Kevin has 25 years of extensive and progressive experience of providing equipment planning expertise for more than 125 Hospital/Healthcare construction projects.
Kevin’s history includes completing all aspects of the equipment planning process including: Budgetary, Planning/Specifying, Procurement and Process Management services. He has successfully implemented the equipment planning program for the full spectrum of healthcare facilities including; Acute Care Hospitals, University Hospitals, Specialty Care Hospitals, Surgical Centers, Ambulatory Service Centers, Medical Office Buildings, and Clinical/Research Laboratories. Kevin’s in-depth knowledge of hospital operations has enabled him to successfully provide equipment planning services for single departments through complete replacement facilities.
In addition, Kevin is the Principal-in-Charge for the Greater Philadelphia Medical Equipment Planning department of SM&W. As such, he is responsible for managing all equipment planning personnel, creating and maintaining standard processes and procedures and the development and updating of our electronic planning system.
