Since starting at SM&W Matt has consulted on a wide variety of domestic and international projects.
He works with architects to optimize room acoustics of critical spaces, providing practical and innovative mechanical noise control solutions, and providing assessment and mitigation of transportation noise and vibration, architectural isolation system design, and analysis of a wide variety of existing conditions and solutions for new buildings and renovations.
Matt’s contribution to a project typically involves overall review and identification of potential acoustical problems, explanation of acoustical strategy strengths and weaknesses, and collaboration with the design team to resolve issues in a useful, cost-effective way.
