SM&W Contribution
Awarded Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold status from the U.S. Green Building Council, Case Western Reserve University’s new Tinkham Veale University Center serves as the home of more than 160 student organizations. The project included large event conference spaces, meeting rooms, boardrooms, seminar rooms, an immersion zone with media wall, a green room, a dining room and a control room.
Our team’s design unified all technologies, including automated building management and control, digital network security integration and pervasive IT and wireless access. We also provided high-quality interior acoustics and sound isolation treatments to enrich the sound system performance.
