Ridgeway is scheduled to open in 2026 with leasable office and laboratory space designed to meet the demanding standard for research. The building aims to achieve Net Zero carbon emissions and prioritize employee amenities, including a solar carport, and access to a future bikeway.
The location close to downtown Boulder is also directly adjacent to the consolidated main rail line for BNSF. SM&W conducted a in depth vibration and environmental noise analysis. The facility is designed to meet a Lab requirement of 4000 mips and 8000 mips in the office spaces. It features a combination of steel and timber construction, full-height floor to ceiling windows, and open structural bays measuring 33’x45’.
The building is designed to be fiber ready with state-of-the art low voltage infrastructure.
