SM&W Contribution
SM&W provided acoustic, audiovisual and information technology consulting services for this new eight-story, 20-courtroom Family Justice Center located in downtown San Jose. The new building replaced six leased facilities and consolidated all family-related services, including Family Court, Juvenile Dependency, and Drug Court, into a single facility. The program included a self-help center, family court services, a child waiting area, and space for justice partners. It also included a secure central holding area as well as separate hallways for in-custody detainees.
