Simplot’s new headquarters will be a nine-story office building with an adjacent five-story annex building. The project includes a conference center, a public lobby, an employee café, test kitchens, a wellness center, a customer experience center, a greenhouse and a laboratory. The second and ninth floors allow future interior office expansion, and there will be a core-and-shell space for a coffee shop and restaurant.
