SM&W is an acoustics, audiovisual, information technology, physical security and medical equipment planning consulting firm. But what does that really mean? Our President & CEO, Tom Shen, often says that our business is our people. Because we do not make gadgets or widgets, we are completely invested in our diverse team of over 200 to deliver integrated solutions of all shapes and sizes. Our team is not only made up of subject matter experts and problem solvers, but they are also musicians, yogis, out of the box thinkers, book lovers, planners, travelers and so much more.
Much like the markets we serve, our team is comprised of people from around the world, demonstrating a wide range of skills. And much like our diverse design services, these many different perspectives strengthen our ability to provide innovative yet cohesive designs. This year, we launched a campaign to allow our colleagues and clients to take a peek behind the curtain of our firm with a campaign titled “I am SM&W”. Each week for the last six months we showcased some of the faces that make up our firm, from the most technical of staff to our administrative employees.
